Kindly explain just how Amazon is a pyramid scheme without referring to a hierarchical structure. Explain how money comes from the pockets of the lowest members and enriches the higher levels.

Sales? PTC, please point me to that part in the MK compensation plan where you are rewarded for actually selling the product. MKs compensation plan is built around ordering and recruiting. There is no requirement to sell.
And selling does not meet MKs pay-to-play minimums. You can order $12K worth of inventory in January, and sell $1K from your “wagon” every month all year long, but from MKs perspective you will lose standing and become inactive in April, regardless of those hefty sales every month. Regular ordering and recruiting, not sales, are all that MK will recognize.
This is one of many things that separate MLMs like Mary Kay from the real world. The only thing “made up” here is the claim that Mary Kay participation is a business or sales opportunity. It is neither.
I’ll say it again, at least they’re not offering to pray for us.

It’s a cold, snowy Friday. Nothing doing at work. Head full of a million things I need to do this weekend, but at least the Friday critic will get my brain juiced up and help me work up some enthusiasm.
