This critic thinks we should become agents of change. Little does she know, we’ve been doing exactly that for 18+ years. We’ve been educating women on the truth of Mary Kay, and that’s some change I can really get excited about.

I am sure you all well blast me on your website and make fun of me, if you even read this, but I feel sorry for all of you.

You know its kind of sad to read your website. If the women on this site spent half of their energy building a business the way Mary Kay Ashe did, instead of dissing what the ones doing wrong are doing, they would be really successful. The actual truth is most people want to live in a little shell and have money just come to them without having to work for it.

I am SO glad I finally went with MK products. I do it my own way, and only what I feel will bless others. I enjoy not having to stand in wal mart or target searching through tons of goop to figure out what will work. I enjoy not being ripped off by the department stores. I am happy to know that MK does not test on animals. I think it’s great that our products are safe and scientifically tested.

I think the fellowship of women is a blast! No I am not going to go broke trying to work for MK, but excel making MK work for me, the way that Mary Kay, who was told by all the men advisors in 1963 that she would never make it.

yes I think MK needs to go back to there founding principles, and yes i think your website is mean spirited.

I feel really bad if you were hurt by someone doing this , and I think that if you would become an agent of change instead of an agent of anger you could really do something special.

Um, we don’t want to be like Mary Kay Ash. She made a fortune exploiting others. I prefer to work for an organization where everyone can be successful. In MLMs like Mary Kay, individual financial success is not possible without aggregate losses in one’s own downline. A 0.4% success rate is nothing to brag about when traditional companies can (and do) provide positive income for 100% of their employees.

Rather than feeling bad for the contributors to Pink Truth, your compassion should be directed at the millions of women who have been exploited by Mary Kay Corp over these many decades. That’s who we are looking out for, not ourselves. We gain nothing by spreading the word about MKC, other than the satisfaction of saving women from MKC’s exploitation.

  2. As always I’d love to know what the person was looking for that brought them to Pink Truth? What they saw that caused them to react this way?

  3. This “fellowship of women” that she finds to be such a blast will be GONE the second she stops ordering and leaves MK. I prefer friendships that are genuine and not based on a MLM scam.

  4. “If the women on this site spent half of their energy building a business the way Mary Kay Ashe did…”

    By that, you mean:

Start an MLM corporation. Find people who will order overpriced products using the guise that they are business owners like me. I will focus on believers and sell them the dream; this way, I don’t need to provide them with objective facts.

Not only that, I will get the very people I am scamming to do my dirty work. It is they who will recruit other dupes to pump money into MY billion dollar company. I will provide my actual employees with good benefits, like health insurance and retirement, to keep my corporation running smoothly. Meantime, all those silly little believer “business owners/sales consultants” keep ordering my MKrap. Like taking candy from a baby! I may be a con artist, but I’m a cunningly successful and wealthy one.

^^^Which one are you in this story?

  5. It’s as if a 9 year old wrote this. Feelings, rather than facts. Conjecture, rather than substance. Disjointed thinking, poor editing skills, etc.
