Chelsea Adkins, Never a Million Dollar Director

Don’t miss the video at the bottom of this post.

Mary Kay sales director Chelsea Adkins (formerly Chelsea Claytor) has been “claiming a million” over and over.

She first declared she would be a million dollar director in July 2017!

In July 2021, she declared all over again that she’d be crowning a million that seminar year!

But no such luck.

In January 2023, she was most certainly going to do it THIS year, and this pin would help get here there!

Missed it again for the seminar year that ended in June 2023, but certainly the NEXT seminar year it would happen. And so in September, 2023, she was pretending to be a million dollar director. Maybe by pretending, she’d get there? No.

Hmmm…. still not there. But certainly Seminar 2025 will be her year!

Check out how Chelsea is so, so, so far away as of mid-April 2025, but God will help her do it! Pay attention to the end of the video where she her “million little miracles.”

“WHY IT MATTERS: God placed this dream on my heart several years ago but I’ve been too afraid to TRULY go after it til now.”

Oh…. so you really didn’t try all of those years before?

Chelsea “can’t imagine all the people who will be blessed by this goal coming to fruition.”

Let’s be clear. The only ones being blessed will be Chelsea, her nsd Jamie Taylor, and Mary Kay Inc. All of the victims she recruits and cons into inventory purchases will be the losers.

  1. Gross. What a life of lies, delusion and no substance. Stop pulling God into your scam- she acts like she has been called to cure cancer when all she is actually striving for is money and a silly title.

  2. Chels, you’re too busy listening to yourself make noise to hear god even if he did decide to speak to you personally.

I’m just waiting to see how she spins it when god yet again fails to fulfill her greedy wishes.

  3. Oh Chelsea! I went digging. The highest court Chelsea achieved was the $650,000 unit club in 2021. This earned her the top director trip to Spain but it was cancelled because of Covid. Mary Kay gave all affected directors a $30,000 bonus instead.

  4. I’d love to know what Chelsea’s family and non MK friends think of her Mary Kay foolishness and if they’ve ever thought about doing an intervention to get her off this hamster wheel.

I honestly will be shocked if she even makes the $300,000 unit club. This is the lowest unit club Mary Kay rewards with a unit club pin. And Mary Kay is so cheap now, that they only give you the unit club pin the FIRST time you reach that level, not each time.

  5. It all makes so much more sense to me now. Your “mentors” keep fluffing your (absurd) dreams because it will keep you ordering – and finding other people to order – which in turn fattens their commission check. If they actually **cared** about their consultants, they would have a Come to Jesus and say, “Hey, this is a bit far out! Let’s be a little more realistic…” but if they do that, they are nay-sayers and negative Nellies and you better just stay away! which in turn leads to the “Mentor” having a smaller commission check.
This keeps the spin in place.
    It’s super sick!
It took a LOT of very expensive heart ache to realize the scam here. I truly, truly bee-lieved in what I was doing.
May 1 I will officially terminate from MK. I’m excited! Don’t worry, I’ve kept track if anyone had done any phony orders. I never sent any product back… long story, I guess. Aren’t they all?
