Note: By “profitable”, I mean that the downline of this individual (including all past and present consultants) has made more money from Mary Kay than it has spent on Mary Kay, in aggregate.
Spoiler alert: This individual does not exist. In fact, this individual can’t exist, because Mary Kay’s business model is built upon these downline losses. The entire incentive structure is based on ordering and recruiting others to order and recruit, with no incentive to sell.

Prove it. I will gladly share proof with Tracy and anyone here that I made more in a WEEK as a travel nurse than most directors make in a MONTH. My monthly income was more than a large percentage of NSDs, too. Heck, my currrent income in nursing quality management is higher than most NSDs.

I make more money in an online world called Second LIfe than most IBCs make in Mary Kay. I sell imaginary things to imaginary characters in an imaginary world and it can be turned into REAL $USD.
My income more than covers my expenses and in-world purchases. I periodically cash out the game money for the real thing. I have US$219.73 at the moment ready to transfer to the real world to spend, and about $20 in game money from last week’s in-game transactions. I clear about $1k a year just wasting time.

Because she was the Queen of Con! She figured out how to con other women to do her dirty work of recruiting and frontloading. She was genius at it herself. But if she conned enough women to do it for her, she could sit back, take the glory, and make a fortune! Ah well…I would consider drug cartel kingpins and mafia crime bosses in that same category (minus the killings) considering they all use weapons of choice to “persuade” others to do their dirty deeds so that those at the top make the most money.
