Best description EVER of Optavia (or other weight loss MLMs)

It’s an eating disorder wrapped in a pyramid scheme.

Optavia is the scam previously known as Medifast. (Well they still use the name Medifast for the legal entity, but created the name Optavia to rid themselves of negative publicity.)

Did I ever tell you about the time Medifast sued me for $270 million and it cost me 5 years of my life and $200k in attorneys fees?

So satisfying to read that your anti-SLAPP motion was granted and Medifap had to pay those $200K legal fees (and almost everyone else's).

Things like that are why I just love when the huns scream "THAT WEBSITE POSTED SOMETHING MEAN!  LEGAL SHOULD SUE THE PANTS OFF THEM!!!"  Get real.  Legal doesn't want to wind up in this kind of situation, because they know exactly what the results would be.

My aunt in CA tried Medfast a long time ago and said she was so constipated from it.
